Five institutions, one set of systems. The Digital Campus is not a school; it is the platform every school here draws on — the account a parent signs into, the register a certificate is checked against, the permissions a member of staff works under. Every system set out below is in service today, and the programme that carries it to a complete Digital Campus by 2030 is set out at the foot of this page.
How It Fits Together
A family with children in two of our schools signs into one account, not two. A certificate issued by any institution is checked against one register. That is the whole design.
The Parent Portal
One account, one sign-in, and every child on it. Attendance and results as the school records them, fee status as the Bursary records it, and an admission application you can watch move through its stages rather than wonder about.
Access is protected by email verification and a one-time code on any new device, because an account that carries a child's record should not be opened by a password alone.

A secure account for every guardian: submit and track an admissions enquiry, view attendance, term results and fee status, receive notifications, and hold a full institutional identity profile. Protected by email verification and a one-time code on any new device.

Why It Can Be Trusted
Software is only worth something to a family if it makes the school more accountable, not less.
Promotions, transfers, withdrawals and graduations are timestamped events, not fields that get edited. A record can be read back years later exactly as it stood.
Who may see what is decided by the school's Role and Permission Matrix rather than by whoever set the account up. Temporary authority is time-bound and expires on its own.
Every certificate, receipt and identity the school issues carries a reference that a third party can check against the register without contacting the office.
The Programme
Sultan Hanafi Royal Schools holds itself to a plain standard: that by 2030 no part of this institution’s work — academic, administrative, financial, pastoral or scholarly — is carried on paper alone, and that every record it keeps is one a family, an employer or an examinations board can reach in seconds and trust without telephoning the office. That is what a complete Digital Campus means here, and the programme below is how the Board of Governors intends to reach it.
The standard is not a local one. The instruments this school builds on are the instruments the world’s leading institutions build on — one identity per person rather than one login per system, permissions scoped to an office rather than granted wholesale, credentials verifiable in public by anyone who holds the document, a published data-protection regime, and an estate that works on the connection a family in Ikorodu actually has. A single fee ledger per pupil, settled online and reconciled against the receipt a guardian can already verify in public; the Bookshop and Marketplace settling against that same ledger rather than beside it; and a statement a family can read for themselves at any hour without asking the Bursary to prepare one.
The Online & Distance Learning School carrying a Sultan Hanafi education beyond Ikorodu; a self-paced course platform beginning with Qur’an memorisation support and the foundations of Arabic; the complete Muṣḥaf reader from a text of established provenance; and self-service alumni accounts with a shareable verified credential and an opt-in directory.
Every office of the institution operating inside the Digital Campus; a governance dashboard the Board reads rather than is briefed on; the estate working offline and installable on a modest handset; and the whole of it standing on published policy, so that a family can read what is held about their child and who may see it, and hold the school to it.
The Standard
A credential nobody outside the school can check is worth nothing to the person carrying it. Every document this school issues is checkable by a stranger, without an account.
A person holds one account and the offices attach to it. Permissions are scoped to the office a member of staff actually holds, and are revoked with the post, not the person’s memory.
No system enters service without a published policy stating what it may hold, how long it holds it, and who may see it. The Data Protection & Privacy Policy governs the whole estate.
The estate installs to a handset, works offline, and is written to load on a modest connection. A digital campus that only works on fast broadband is not a campus; it is a showroom.
Every public page of this institution stands in English and in Arabic, set right-to-left in full rather than translated as an afterthought — because the school teaches in both.
