Where We Stand Today

One Board, Five Institutions

Founded in July 2016, Sultan Hanafi Royal Schools today comprises five institutions — Sultan Hanafi Nursery and Primary School, Royal College, Islamiyyah School, Qur'an College, and the newly constituted Online & Distance Learning School — governed by one Board of Governors and one Head of Schools / Administrator. See Governance & Leadership for the full structure.

A Real Digital Campus, Already Live

A shared Parent Portal, Student Portal, Staff Identity system, and Founder Dashboard already serve real families and staff today — not a future promise. See the full Digital Campus chapter.

A Written Governance Framework, Under Adoption

A full suite of institutional policies — academic, safeguarding, financial, and data-protection — has been drafted and is progressing through Board review and adoption. See the Policies Centre for the current status of each.

The Adopted Programme

Digital Campus 2030

A Complete Digital Campus by 2030

The Board of Governors has adopted a single institutional programme running to 2030: that by that year no part of this institution’s work — academic, administrative, financial, pastoral or scholarly — is carried on paper alone, and that every record it keeps is one a family, an employer or an examinations board can reach in seconds and trust without telephoning the office. Phase I is in service. The four phases, and the five standards the institution will not trade away for convenience, are set out in full on the Digital Campus.
