Sultan Hanafi Royal Schools
SHRS Digital Campus Gateway
Eight doors, one Digital Campus. Every entry below states plainly who it is for, what stands behind it, and what you will need in order to sign in — so that nobody has to guess which door is theirs. Each one leads to the real system behind it, whether that is your own dashboard or a fresh sign-in screen.
I · Institutional & Staff Access
Executive Portal
The institution-wide command centre. Reserved for the Founder, the Chairman & Head of Schools / Administrator, the Board of Governors and the Management Council — the offices accountable for the whole of Sultan Hanafi Royal Schools rather than for any single school within it.
- Consolidated analytics across every school at once, rather than five separate views
- Governance papers, council and committee records
- Institution-level oversight of admissions, finance and academic standing
Requires an executive credential issued by the Institutional Administration Centre.
Enter → 02 · Registrar, Finance & every officeAdministrative Portal
One sign-in for every operational office the institution runs. You do not need to know in advance which office system to open: you sign in once, and an Office Switcher then shows exactly which offices your own account holds.
- Registrar — enrolment, records, transcripts and credentials
- Finance — fees, receipts and institutional accounts
- Human Resources and the wider institutional services
Requires a staff credential. Your office permissions are attached to the account, not to the door.
Enter → 03 · Principals & teachersAcademic Staff Portal
The teaching side of the Digital Campus, for principals and teaching staff across every school in the group — the Royal College, the School of Islamic and Arabic Studies, the Qur'an College, and the Nursery and Primary School.
- Your classes, registers and timetable
- Entering and releasing results
- Academic leadership tools for those who hold them
Requires a teaching credential issued to you by your school's administration.
Enter → 04 · For those learning at SHRSStudent Portal
Your own record, in your own hands. Open to learners across the Royal College, the School of Islamic and Arabic Studies and the Qur'an College.
- Your Ḥifẓ journey, recorded portion by portion
- Class enrolment, timetable and results
- Your Digital ID card, verifiable by anyone who asks for it
Requires the student credential issued at enrolment. Ask your class teacher if you have mislaid it.

Parent / Guardian Portal
The family's side of the institution. This is the account most people need, and the one every other family-facing step is built on — an admission, a fee, a report and a Ḥifẓ record all belong to the same account rather than to four separate logins.
- Admission status, from enquiry through to offer
- Fees, payment history and verifiable receipts
- Your child's academic record and Ḥifẓ progress
- Announcements addressed to your family
Free to create, and open to any parent or guardian — no invitation required.
Enter → 06 · Starting an admissionApplicant Portal
Where an admission begins. Apply is not a separate system: it is Stage 3 of the same admissions journey, which is why a free Parent/Guardian account comes first and everything you submit afterwards stays attached to it.
- Stage 1 — create your Parent/Guardian account
- Stage 2 — confirm the school and class you are applying to
- Stage 3 — complete and submit the application itself
Start here if you have an account; otherwise create one first — it takes a moment and is free.
Enter → 07 · For SHRS graduatesAlumni Portal
A self-service Alumni Portal is Phase III of the Digital Campus 2030 programme. Until it enters service, every credential this school has issued remains publicly verifiable, and Alumni Relations may be reached directly — which is of more use to a graduate than a sign-in that leads nowhere.
- What the alumni service will hold on entering service
- How to verify your credential today, publicly and instantly
- How to reach Alumni Relations directly in the meantime
No account is required.
View Status → 08 · No account requiredPublic Verification Portal
The door that is deliberately open. An employer, a university or an examinations body can confirm an SHRS document is genuine without ever holding an account here — which is the only arrangement under which a credential is worth anything to the person carrying it.
- Certificates, transcripts and Ijāzah
- Graduation documents
- Student, guardian and staff identity cards
- Fee receipts
Public, instant, and free. You need only the reference number or the QR code on the document.
