Speak to the Right Office, First Time

Sultan Hanafi Royal Schools is one institution operating five schools, and each of them keeps its own office. This page exists so that nobody has to guess which one they need: below are the school's own particulars, a directory setting out what every office actually decides, and three forms that reach the desk that can answer them. Every enquiry received here is entered on the register and answered by a named officer.

When the Offices Are Open

The hours below are the hours the offices actually keep, set out to the clock rather than described. The institution is open seven days a week: the long days carry the full school day and the evening administration behind it; Thursday and Friday close earlier for the Jumu‘ah observance and the week’s close; and the weekend keeps a shorter desk for the School of Islamic and Arabic Studies and for families who cannot come on a weekday. Telephone or send a WhatsApp message before travelling and the office will have the right officer expecting you.

The Directory

Which Office Decides What

An enquiry sent to the wrong desk is an enquiry that waits. Every office of the institution is set out below with the matters it actually decides, so that a letter reaches the officer who can answer it rather than the officer who must forward it.

Admissions

Places, entry assessments, the admission letter and the class acceptance ticket. Start the ten-stage journey, or track an application already lodged.

The admissions journey →

The Registrar's Office

Enrolment, the student register, transcripts, transfer certificates, replacement credentials, and every record the school keeps under a pupil's admission number.

Records & credentials →

The Bursary

Fees for the class you are applying to, payment, receipts, statements, and anything available by way of scholarship or financial support. Figures are given in writing on request.

Fees & support →

The Academic Office

Curriculum, timetable, subject choices, assessment, promotion and examination entry across the Basic School and Royal College. Departmental heads answer through this office.

The five institutions →

Qur'ān College & Islamiyyah

Ḥifẓ enrolment, the murāja’ah standard, Ijāzah examination, and admission to the School of Islamic and Arabic Studies, which is open to the wider Muslim Ummah at any age.

Qur'ān College →

Boarding & Student Welfare

Full and half boarding, the house routine, supervision, the sick bay, dietary requirements, and anything concerning a boarder's day outside the classroom.

Boarding →

Safeguarding

Any concern for the welfare or safety of a child. It is received at Executive Management level, logged in a single cross-institution register, and answered the same day it is raised.

The safeguarding policy →

Complaints

A formal written complaint is considered through the Disciplinary & Ethics Committee, under a published procedure with stated stages and a stated route of appeal.

The complaint procedure →

The Governance Headquarters

The Board of Governors, the Management Council, the standing committees, and the leadership of each of the five schools — every office named, with the authority it holds.

The leadership directory →

The Foundation

The Sultan Zakariya Hanafi Foundation keeps its own line, separate from the school's admissions and enquiries: giving, partnership, aid agencies and community programmes.

Contact the Foundation →

Media & Press

Journalists, broadcasters and partners: the official boilerplate, the crest and brand assets, photography, and the officer authorised to speak for the institution.

The Media Centre →

Verification & Records

An employer, university or examinations body checking a certificate, graduation document, identity card or receipt needs no account and need not write: the register answers directly.

Where an enquiry concerns the safety of a child, it is treated as a safeguarding disclosure regardless of the desk it arrives at, and is escalated the same day under SW-01. Personal information sent through any form on this site is held and used under the Data Protection & Privacy Policy.

Write to the School

Three Ways to Reach Us in Writing

Each form below reaches a different desk. Choose the one that matches what you need, and the enquiry arrives with the officer who can act on it rather than the officer who must pass it on.

01

A General Enquiry

Anything not covered below — a question about a school, a programme, a facility, or the institution itself. It reaches the general office.

02

A Campus Visit

The surest way to understand a school is to stand inside it. Tell us when, and which school interests you, and the office will confirm the hour.

03

Detail in Writing

Ask for the particulars of any school, programme or facility — including current fees for the class you have in mind — and the office will send them in writing.

Getting Here

Finding the Campus

The school stands in the Imowonla community of Ikorodu, on the Gberigbe–Agura corridor, a short way off the main road at the AP Bus Stop. A family arriving for the first time should telephone or send a WhatsApp message from the bus stop, and someone will come out to meet them.

By road

Take the Gberigbe–Agura Road and turn at the AP Bus Stop into Imowonla Road. The campus is at number 15, on the left, behind the green gate carrying the school's name and its website.

By public transport

Ask for the AP Bus Stop on Gberigbe–Agura Road. Imowonla Road runs off it, and the campus is a short walk in. Telephone from the stop and the office will direct you the rest of the way.

Before you set out

Send a WhatsApp message or telephone ahead. The office will confirm the hour, tell you which officer will receive you, and have the papers you asked for ready when you arrive.
