Budget Health and Financial Forecasts are not shown here because no real budgeting or forecasting data model exists yet — this office currently records invoices, receipts, scholarships, and payment plans, not budget lines or projections. Building these honestly (rather than estimating from the invoice ledger) is tracked as a future Finance Platform phase in docs/finance-platform.md.
