Programme & Issuance Details
Upload or Paste the Cohort
One student per line. Columns (comma, semicolon, or tab separated): English Name, Arabic Name, Sex (male/female), Grade (English), Grade (Arabic), Admission No (optional). A header row is detected automatically. Students already on the register are matched (by admission number, or exact name); new names get a full student record, a generated admission number, and a permanent Student ID. Nothing is issued until you review the preview and press Generate.
Batch Register
Each batch prints as one multi-page document — one certificate per A4 landscape page — for a single print run of the whole cohort. Individual certificates open from the Certificate Register below.
Certificate Register
Search by serial number, student name, or Student ID. Every certificate can be re-opened, re-printed, publicly verified, or revoked (with a mandatory note) — revocation shows instantly at the public verification page; the serial is never reused.
Issuing a batch is a permission-checked, audit-logged act of the Registrar's certificate authority under the SHRS Role & Permission Matrix. Serial numbers come from an atomic, never-reused sequence; each carries a cryptographic anti-forgery suffix; and every public verification of every serial is recorded in the verification log. If an action is refused and you believe it shouldn't be, contact the ICT Office at [email protected].
