Complete this form for each child graduating on 8 August 2026. Every name printed on a certificate, transcript, or testimonial is taken directly from what you confirm here — please check spelling carefully, especially Arabic names and titles, before ticking the confirmation box and submitting. You can save a draft and come back to finish it later; once the Registry marks a record "under review" or "verified," further changes go through the Registry rather than this form.
Passport photograph and document upload (birth certificate, previous school testimonials, identification) are not yet available from this form — no file upload system exists on the portal yet. Once it does, you'll be able to attach these directly here; until then, the Registry will contact you separately about submitting them.
